Schedule:                       Monday to Friday (Hybrid - 2-3 business days at the office)

Contract:                        June 24th, 2024 to June 27th, 2025

As a Marketing Associate in hematology/oncology, you will be supporting the brand marketing efforts as well as participating in the development of marketing tools, digital campaign and conference planning. It is a unique opportunity to work on two launch brands!

Details (Your Responsibilities):

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to learn about marketing and participate in key activities to progress your career; these responsibilities include, but not limited to the following…

• Brand Marketing Support: Support the execution of key brand marketing priorities by managing internal claims approvals in Veeva and assisting in other tasks as needed.
• Marketing Material Development: Support the development of unbranded and branded marketing tools.
• Omni-Channel Campaign: Support the development and execution of omni-channel emails to enhance brand strategy.
• Vendor Management: Manage communications and relationships with vendors (e.g. creative agency) to advance and deliver projects in proposed deadlines.
• Conference Management: Lead conference sponsorship process with third-party organizations and internal partners

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree
• This role requires a good understanding of marketing principles as well as scientific and medical information
• Reliability and punctuality (high level of professionalism)
• Effective time management skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and responsibilities of increasing scope and complexity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, accountable, passionate, committed, invested in the business
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong planning & organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environment
• Ability to identify problems early and seek innovative solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA
• Specific training in marketing
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Bilingualism (English / French)
