Billiard parlour attendant

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Attendant. As an Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

We require availability from 6pm to 2am on Weekends (Friday & Saturday)

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information and answer questions about products or services
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Demonstrate product knowledge to effectively promote sales
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling, returns, and exchanges

Skills:
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
