What you will be doing:
· Create and execute Test Strategies, Test Plans and Test Cases.
· Build, maintain and optimize new/existing automation frameworks.
· Perform automated and manual testing.
· Lead/Assist with test analysis and participate in technical analysis meetings.
· Identify and document defects until resolution.
· Work on production support tickets to ensure their resolution and that it meets our business partners requirements.
· Effectively communicate and explain defects to team members, assist team in bug fixes.
· Assist in the maintenance of existing internal processes and quality system management documentation to uphold quality standards.
· Inspect systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvements to workflow and enhanced efficiencies.
What you will bring:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, College diploma or equivalent work experience
· 5 years of experience with Software testing practices such as test planning, test execution and defect tracking.
· Sound knowledge of QA practices, tools, methodology and processes.
· Relevant experience with testing tools such as Azure DevOps and automation tools such as Selenium, JMeter, TestComplete, etc.
· Experience with Test Management tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps.
· Knowledge of web service testing tools such as SoapUI, Ready API, Postman.
· Strong knowledge of C#, JavaScript.
· Experience with XML file manipulation, SQL and GITHUB.
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative.
· Experience in Agile and knowledge of CI/CD will be an asset.
· Have or working towards QA Certification considered an asset.
