Residential Handyman (Construction)

Must have a minimum of 5 years residential construction experience.

Able to identify and assess construction deficiencies and perform the repairs and various tasks in a timely manner paying attention to detail.

Repairs may include but are not limited to drywall and taping, trim work, painting, ceramic/hardwood, caulking and carpet repairs.

Must have a valid drivers license and own vehicle.

Must have WHMIS and Working at Heights certification (to be provided prior to interview)

Ability to work in a team environment.

Strong communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
