About Ignition

Ignition Motorsports is a motorcycle shop located in Duncan, BC. We have been servicing the Cowichan Valley for 11 years. We sell new and used motorcycles, ATVs, Side by Sides, and Karts. We are a dealer for Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, CFMOTO, Argo and Italkart. We have just finished a large expansion and renovation, giving us over 7000 sq feet of retail space with tons of room for all the necessities: helmets, boots, gear, tires and parts.

Job description

We are looking for qualified people to grow with our expanding shop!

You need to have a passion for all things Motorcycle, ATV, Side by Side, and Karts and care about what you do! We live and love this industry and are looking for someone to share in our passion.

The right candidate must be energetic and provide excellent customer service, as well as organized and detail oriented and comfortable with numbers.

Job duties

• Have a strong understanding of parts for motorcycles, ATVs and Side by Sides
• Source and find parts quickly for customers
• Place orders with multiple suppliers
• Organize parts back room and keep shelves stocked
• Deliver a high level of customer service
• Sell a diversified line of products via phone, email and over-the-counter
• Utilize our computer system
• Ensure customers parts orders are accurately filled
• Effectively communicate and understand product features, benefits and warranty policy information to customers
• Receive parts and manage inventory
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude
• Work effectively as part of the team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
