Role Description

Implant Genius is seeking a highly motivated Operations Lab Manager to join our implant planning and dental prosthetic laboratory team. As an integral part of our organization, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure seamless workflow within the lab.

Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee lab operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output
• Accounts Payable and Receivables: Manage billing, invoicing, and payment processing
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, order supplies as needed
• Administrative Duties: Handle case entry, record keeping, and shipping logistics
• Customer Service: Act as the primary contact for clients, providing excellent support and communication
• Team Coordination: Work closely with dental professionals and other staff to streamline processes

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English AND French
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience working in a dental environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in managing accounts and inventory
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks

Requirements:Education: Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Front desk: 2 years (required)
• Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
• Operations management, including accounts payable and receivables (preferred)
• Language: French (required)
• Ability to commute/relocate: Burnaby, BC V5C 6P3
