Jr. Recruiter

The opportunity:

As part of the Inkeros Recruiting team, the Jr. Recruiter will learn the fundamentals of high-volume recruiting in a competitive industry, managing multiple clients. The ideal candidate is somebody who is a quick learner and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment. They will determine a candidate's potential through thoughtful and insightful questions. They should have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.

This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who is gifted at communicating with others and is eager to dive into a performance-driven role. Extensive training is provided to succeed in the role.

What will you do?

• Screen Resumes, maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Send reporting to clients / management to understand recruiting trends & performance
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as a contact person for questions from candidates and stakeholders
• Meet weekly strategy targets for assigned clients

Who are you?

• Somebody with customer service/retail/hospitality experience
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas and deadlines
• Competitive and prefers working in a team environment
• Bcomm or BA is an asset for a candidate
• Organized, reliable, and emotional intelligence
• Ambitious, and career minded
