What you will be doing PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Embrace the company values and mission while focusing on the Nursing department’s strategic goals and objectives Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gain in-depth understanding of the content and knowledge to be transferred to the targeted audience Develop engaging training materials in various formats such as e-modules (using Articulate Storyline), instructor-led, webinars and blended learning to meet business needs and in alignment with best practices and training trends to maximize engagement and learning retention Record audio scripts for FR e-modules and other courses as required Support RNEs by setting up training curricula for nurses in the LMS system Schedule periodic course reviews and any updates needed; schedule the expiration of training courses, if appropriate Maintain and update all manufacturer drug training curricula in our eQMS, Smartsheet or web-based environments Maintain all Learning Plans for nurses under the direction of the Senior Manager, Education and Training Support RNEs in the maintenance and updates to onboarding, off boarding, nursing orientation and preceptorship program training materials Ensure all document creation achieves compliance with Innomar standard operating procedures, Quality Assurance requirements and Innomar pharmacovigilance practices Manage the regular review of product monographs on the Health Canada website, advising RNEs of updates, and maintaining the most current Consumer Information Guides on the Field Nurse Drive for patient education Support RNEs and the Nursing department with regular landscape overviews of public health guidance on all provincial and territorial websites Liaise with Program Managers regarding manufacturer-provided training and live sessions and ensures the training is communicated and tracked in the appropriate platform Perform quality assurance checks on training courses that have been developed Incorporate interactivity (games, exercises, quizzes) in learning materials to increase engagement and retention of material Assist and run reports for internal customers including reports for audit purposes and monitoring of training completion Manage multiple competing priorities to meet established deadlines demonstrating organizational savvy and consistent quality work/project results Make decisions effectively and takes initiative with minimal direction Actively participate in regular team meetings with the Nursing Education team Perform related duties and tasks as required What your background should look like EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: College diploma or University degree in a related field 1-2 years of training experience or in a role with training duties 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare sector recommended MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: Fluently bilingual in French and English in both written and verbal skills for a corporate environment Excellent proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Power Point skills Proficiency with Articulate Storyline an asset Knowledge of Master Control or other LMS systems an asset Knowledge of biologics, specialty drugs or the pharmaceutical industry is preferred Knowledge and experience to effectively develop learning materials reflecting adult learning principles Advanced ability to learn and understand new systems and software quickly Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Effective organizational skills; excellent attention to detail Familiarity with training content structure and design Effective interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with Regional Nurse Educators, associates involved in the management of patient programs and/or other Subject Matter Experts Strong ability to consistently meet deadlines and prioritize projects Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively Excellent presentation skills What Cencora offers We provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
