Concrete Finisher

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for smoothing and finishing surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, walks, sidewalks, roads, or curbs using a variety of hand and power tools as well as working with a team to form up different job sites.

Duties
- Spread, level, and smooth concrete using rake, shovel, hand or power trowel, hand or power screed, and float
- Mold expansion joints and edges using edging tools, jointers, and straightedge
- Monitor the effects of weather on the curing process
- Direct the casting of the concrete and supervise laborers who use shovels or special tools to spread it
- Produce rough concrete surface using broom operate power vibrator to compact concrete
- Waterproof or restore surfaces

Requirements
- Experience in concrete finishing
- Ability to perform heavy lifting
- Proficiency in caulking and working with power tools
- Knowledge of carpentry for formwork construction
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal

Pay: $16.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

Experience:

• Concrete forming and finishing: 1 year (preferred)
