As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the addition and maintenance of employee/dependent enrolment information on our benefit systems and to provide exceptional customer service in to our internal and external clients through phone and/or email communication.
You will be responsible for processing new employee enrolments, changes and updates to existing employees, employee terminations, and extension of benefit requests. Other duties
include assisting callers with administration inquiries, processing firm updates and creating employee packages.
This is a permanent, full-time role that is eligible for our hybrid work model. Out of province applicants will not be considered.
