Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our small office and manufacturing facility in Vaughan. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and performing various administrative duties including exceptional customer service. Must have a vehicle in order to go to the bank and post office. This is a part-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Managing schedules and appointments using Google calendar
- Daily bookkepping
- Entering and processing orthotic (custom made insole) orders and processing deliveries
- Manage and maintain office supplies
- Process HST and WSIB annual remittances
- Responsible for answering phones and responding to emails
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
