This position is for a full time call dispatch agent. Hours of work may vary and shift work is required.
This is an answering service position where you will provide excellent over-the-phone caller experiences.
Applicants who meet the job requirements will be selected for the interview process. Interviews will be conducted over the phone and then in person.

Job Duties
Handle inbound and outbound calls, using proper phone etiquette, professionalism and following standards.
Ensure calls are handled within established metrics – speed of answer and call quality.
Assess callers' needs through open ended questions and relevant, engaging conversations in order to direct the call accordingly.
Provide outstanding service to each and every caller.
Maintain a complete knowledge of procedures to ensure accuracy in all communications.
Qualifications
High school diploma.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
The ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Previous experience working on computers.
Able to type at least 30 wpm.
Available to work a variety of shifts .
Able to sit for extended periods of time.
Security Clearance.

Pay: $37,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
