Marketing Specialist Job Description

Liveauctiongroup.com is one of the foremost boutique online auction service providers. It is run by an independent company focused on bringing the auction industry key specialized technology. Our business is to grow auctioneers' businesses by bringing it online and equipping them with the tools and services it needs.

Job responsibilities:

· Develops and implements marketing design, projects, and activities to promote the company.

· Create various graphics such as web landing pages, digital and physical ads, email newsletters, flyers, presentations, social media posts, email marketing and graphics for websites.

· Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UX strategy & UI design for the brands.

· Post creation and scheduling for social media

· Collaborating with the development and account management teams on user experiences

· Video and photo editing

· Logo and branding

· Animate infographic videos

Knowledge, skills, and abilities we're looking for:

  • UX & UI design: 2 years preferred
  • Fluent with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, and other Adobe applications
  • 1-2 years of schooling or experience in digital marketing/social media support
  • Experience with social media management and scheduling software
  • Content development/writing experience
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and reconciliation skills
  • Ability to work independently, and to properly prioritize competing tasks while meeting strict deadlines
  • Professional, multi-tasking, team player - reading to take on new challenges
  • Google Ad Words (Search, Display, Mobile) and Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical and communicative skills
  • Good understanding of SEM/PPC/SEO
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript coding an asset

Schedule and Pay:

  • $30.00-$40.00 per hour dependent on experience
  • Permanent position
  • Monday-Friday (flexible)
  • This position is based out of our office in Port Coquitlam with the possibility of remote work
