Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative at LJ Fleming, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by proactively engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Initiate and maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their requirements and provide assistance.
Proactively identify sales opportunities and effectively promote our products and services to meet and exceed sales targets.
Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including electric motors, pumps, drives, and related equipment, to effectively communicate features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.
Prepare and present accurate price quotes, proposals, and bids in a timely manner.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from order entry to shipment coordination, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of products to customers.
Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries and concerns, and serving as a trusted advisor.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account information using CRM software, and generate reports as needed to track performance and measure progress against goals.
Deliveries as required.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand complex products and solutions.
Proficiency in Quickbooks Desktop and Microsoft Office suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Must have G drivers license.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
