National Account Manager

SUMMARY: The National Account Manager engages with customers in the showroom and helps them with their product selection and design.


Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.


To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to do the following:


  • Account Management & Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with big box retailers, addressing inquiries, and providing effective solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's product portfolio and market presence.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
  • Utilize market insights to identify areas for business growth and product development.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management:Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Effectively manage contract renewals and modifications as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: ·Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback to contribute to product improvement and innovation.


Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:


  • Industry retail sales experience is required.
  • Excellent oral and written English language communication skills.
  • Provide high level of customer service.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with the use of PCs, along with the ability to navigate in a multi-window based environment.
  • Availability to work on Saturday.
  • Fluent in French and English.
