Who We’re Looking For
As the Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Nanoleaf’s growth by expanding our current business with major retail and working with leadership to help the VP of Business Development build out new business verticals. You will be responsible for helping to manage and growing relationships with our largest and most strategic clients, to achieve revenue targets and ensuring we are a top-of-mind brand in these channels. You will also work with BD leaders to cultivate new business verticals that are budding and expanding the business.

At Nanoleaf we empower each person in the organization to be an innovative leader that can drive impact both internally and externally. As we grow our reach nationally, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Dev Sales Manager to join our passionate team.
You will assist the Sales Team Leads to run the e-commerce and retail business by forecasting, data analytics, product pitching and working with our Research and Development teams to define the future of our products.
You will meet regularly with key partners externally to ensure there is always alignment on business performance and mutually beneficial initiatives such as cross category, off shelf and partnership opportunities. Perform regular business reviews which includes new item placement, optimizing assortment, shelf merchandising, promotion planning, retail pricing, and supply chain process improvements.
Most importantly, your modus operandi is “have a blast and get it done”! You’ll need to be an agile team member who can bring solutions and creative thinking to the table to close deals and run the business efficiently.
