Overview
This role is responsible for analyzing, creating, and maintaining various business reports. Also, responsible for validating the accuracy of system generated and manually entered reports. This position reports to the Office Manager.
Responsibilities
Produces Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Financial weekly and monthly reports for the management team.
Analyze business reports and create metrics within distribution area and provide insight and recommendations.
Record purchase requisitions into NFI purchasing system
Prepare customer scorecards information for monthly quarterly business reviews.
Set KPI reports for locations within area, including communication boards.
Analyze Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other system data to generate various reports. Coordinate customer rate review calendars with site management.
Review existing customer contracts and identify billing gaps.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal and/or customer meetings
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
College Diploma/Certificate in accounting, business or other related field of study preferred.
1 or more year of related work experience.
Excellent Excel/ Microsoft suite skills with an emphasis on business analytics
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of basic accounting and finance.
Experience working in corporate or distribution environment.
Demonstrates flexibility, initiative and collaboration skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple work assignments simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Distribution, Supply Chain industry experience an asset
