Tort Law Clerk

Nicolini Law Group is a boutique law firm located in the City of Vaughan seeking a full-time Tort Law clerk with a minimum of 2 years of experience in handling Tort and Accident Benefits Claims. The ideal candidate must be dependable, eager and capable of learning, proficient in writing and communication, has a strong attention to detail and has excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Some of the duties include:

• Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, LAT and insurance adjusters
• Drafting correspondence to clients, opposing counsel, LAT and insurance adjusters
• Scheduling Examinations for Discovery, Mediations and Pre-trials.
• Preparing files for Examinations for Discovery, Mediations and Pre-Trials.
• Requesting productions
• Managing files

Must be a Team player but also works efficiently independently.

Salary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
