About Us

Sackville Concrete has been in operation since 1985 and is a proud member of OSCO Concrete. Sackville Concrete supplies residential work along with large-scale industrial/commercial projects, making us one one of the largest concrete suppliers in the Halifax Regional Municipality. OSCO Concrete also operates a large fleet of concrete pumps, including the largest concrete boom pump east of Montreal. In addition to its shared resources with other OSCO Concrete members, the Bedford location also hosts a four-bay repair facility capable of handling the largest OSCO Concrete pumps in the fleet.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-operational checks on loader;
• Operate Front End Loader in a safe manner;
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained at all times;
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Completion of High School or High School Equivalency (GED)
• Minimum of 1 year experience operating heavy equipment;
Must be familiar with and adhere to service requirements, equipment and operator limitations and safe operating procedures.
