TALENT MANAGEMENT MANAGER

The Job!

Reporting to the Director of Talent, you will:

  • Partner with the TA team to assist with open requisitions, provide guidance on conducting interviews, and develop structured processes, such as creating guidebooks, competencies, and interview frameworks for early talent and TA specialists.
  • Facilitate the upskilling of the TA team by sharing best practices and strategies for recruitment, including conducting workshops, trainings, and coaching sessions.
  • Work closely with managers on development plans and ensure alignment with overall talent management goals.
  • Lead the transformation of the company’s training and employee development programs. Assess current and future workforce needs, and design initiatives that enhance employee skills, competencies, and career path opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business partners to review performance data, track talent metrics, and make informed recommendations for continuous employee growth, performance management improvements, and succession planning.
  • Incorporate new processes from the HRIS system, ensuring full integration of talent reviews, career path interviews, and internal mobility programs. Develop initiatives that promote employee retention and internal career growth.


What you bring to the job

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role at a supervisory level
  • Proven expertise in talent management, talent acquisition, or human resources with a focus on strategic talent development, succession planning, and workforce optimization.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including designing interview frameworks and competency-based assessments.
  • Experience in collaborating with HR Business Partners and senior business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and implementing structured processes, guidebooks, and frameworks for recruitment, employee development, and performance management.
  • Expertise in leading comprehensive training and employee development initiatives, with a track record of enhancing programs to meet evolving workforce needs.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and the integration of talent management modules to streamline processes and enhance talent tracking.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
