Process Server

Candidates will need to have good communication skills and be knowledgable with Microsoft office and in particular with Microsoft Word. You would be expected to serve legal documents on parties relating to Civil and Family Court matters. As well as attend at Courthouses, as required, to file legal documents. You must be bondable with a reliable vehicle. This would be an ideal position for a retired police officer, social worker, jail guard or someone who is already working part-time looking to earn some extra income. Looking for a candidate to work out of the Ingersoll office.
