We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team! This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for digital marketing, specifically focusing on SEO strategies, exceptional copywriting skills, and adept campaign management abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organic and paid traffic, optimizing content for search engines, crafting compelling copy across various platforms, and overseeing digital campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work with our teams across North America to support Paladin Security, PalAmerican Security, Paladin Risk Solutions, and Concord Parking on online platforms. Reporting to the Communications Manager, this role will implement digital marketing strategies to achieve corporate and departmental goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy and Implementation:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements for maximum visibility and relevance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEO to ensure continuous optimization efforts.
- Copywriting and Content Creation:
- Create high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and advertisements.
- Tailor content to target specific audiences and align with brand voice and messaging guidelines.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop compelling visuals and multimedia content.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to SEO best practices.
- Campaign Management and Optimization:
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Set campaign objectives, KPIs, and budgets, and track performance metrics to measure success and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for campaign expansion, audience targeting refinement, and budget allocation adjustments.
- Other duties and responsibilities as required
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, copywriting, and campaign management.
- Analytical and creative thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including both written and spoken disciplines.
- Comfortable and current with online marketing techniques and best practices.
- Thorough knowledge of web activities, e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM best practices and AdWords.
- Current skills and knowledge of typical Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Intermediate understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other creative tools.
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000, based on experience
