We are seeking a new junior analyst to join our team. You will be supporting various business functions by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive informed decision-making, along with creating reports and presentations for upper management. To be successful in this position, you will be a self-starter, an Excel wizard, have strong analytical skills, show amazing attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in data analysis software and tools. You will work directly with and report into our Financial Officer and Co-Owner. Proficiency level of the Google Suite of products (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Proficiency in various software programs, including advanced Excel, MS Access, Powerpoint and Word skills

Tasks / Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining various databases
Creating and generating reports to analyze the needs of the business and store locations
Formatting reports and powerpoint files for presentations
Assisting with the implementation of different processes
Working on financial projects
Develop and/or improve internal processes and standards for better efficiency in completing deliverables and tasks
Qualifications And Competencies
Post secondary education in a related field, with relevant industry related experience is preferred 1-3
years related experience
Experience with Business Process Management lifecycle and modeling techniques.
Passion for continuous innovation and automation of business processes
Demonstrated self-starter with a strong work ethic, flexibility, and excellent time management skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to encourage entrepreneurial ideas and build consensus across all levels of the organization.
