Sales Associate

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and maximizing sales. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the achievement of store goals
- Build strong customer relationships to foster repeat business
- Assist with inventory management and perform regular stock checks

Skills:
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Proficiency in using a POS system for sales transactions
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist customers who speak different languages
- Strong selling skills to promote products effectively
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills in English to interact with customers and team members
