You as a Project Manager will be:

• Set up and maintenance of the project administration, costing, scheduling, and quality, safety and loss control program.
• Execution, project planning, and resource utilization
• Provide leadership to promote maximum productivity.
• Working with multiple Superintendents in your respective roles.
• Maintain accountability for field costs and forecast costs to complete; and implement cost control procedures within the Project Execution Plan.
• Ensure jobsite procedures and controls are implemented by all personnel.

Is this the right role for you?

• 7-10 years Supervisory or equivalent experience required.
• 5 years experience in highway realignment projects, and concrete bridge work is an asset.
• Previous experience dealing with contracts and MOTI (Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure) is an asset.
• Experience in light and heavy civil projects would be an asset.
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); company policies, procedures and standards, union jurisdiction, labor agreements and negotiations essential.
• Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills required.
• Capable of travelling between multiple sites.
