Provide strategic direction and guidance to PMs and project teams
Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues to maintain project and program momentum

Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of OpenText projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Ensure successful implementation and integration of OpenText solutions and other I.T. solutions
Communicate project and program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders
Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring effective collaboration
Operational Activities
Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance project and program efficiency
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management framework
