ProducKIDvity is Canada’s first and only licensed childcare facility with co-working spaces, redefining how families balance work and childcare. We provide innovative solutions that empower parents while delivering high-quality early childhood education. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for passionate individuals with a background in education or early childhood education (ECE) to become Owner/Operators of new ProducKIDvity locations.

Position Overview:

Are you an experienced educator or ECE professional with a passion for entrepreneurship? Do you dream of owning and operating your own childcare centre? This is a unique opportunity to lead a ProducKIDvity location as both an owner and manager, with comprehensive support from our head office team. We’re seeking driven individuals who are ready to take on the challenge of running their own business while providing exceptional care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Ownership: Operate your own ProducKIDvity childcare centre with the support and backing of a proven business model.
• Educational Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of curriculum and daily activities to ensure a high-quality learning environment.
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff management, parent communication, and regulatory compliance.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial planning, and profitability with the assistance of ProducKIDvity’s financial tools and resources.
• Community Engagement: Build relationships with families and the community to grow your centre and create a positive impact.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a childcare or educational setting.
• Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high standards of care and education.
