Process Manager

Right now, we have a great opportunity for you to be part of our team and our ongoing success as a Process Manager.

As a member of the Sales team, the Process Manager will assist the sales team and management by supporting them with their day-to-day efforts. This position is critical to ensure that we are handling our customer demands in an efficient and professional manner. The Process Manager serves to coach and support the Administrative team.

Total Compensation

The Details

· Managing the admin support team ensuring efficient workflow and support.

· Managing the flow of order submission

· Allocating and managing tasks/account responsibilities to each team member.

· Supporting the team by processing specific customer orders on time with accuracy.

· Facilitating the team to ensure efficient customer solutions.

· Outlining customer discrepancies and developing action plans with the collaboration of the sales team.

· Monitor and coordinate correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material.

· Ensure data integrity with the team and Business Central (checking for correct prices, discount levels and product requirements).

· Collaborate with internal departments to spearhead business driving projects.

· Provide relevant suggestions that boost performance, provide marketing support for promotions and offsite activities to assist sales staff.

· Actively exemplify an Appreciative Leadership style, promoting inclusion and collaboration

About You

• Friendly with a good sense of humour
• You take your work seriously, but you don’t take yourself too seriously
• Proficiency in MS Office (excel, power point and word (data entry consists of 70-80%)
• Applied Business Technology Certificate
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
