We currently have the opportunity for a Sales Associate within our Food and Ingredients, International Sales Department. This Sales Associate will provide day-to-day sales support, manage customer accounts, issue quotes, respond to inquiries, communicate pertinent information to various internal departments, and ensure the efficient operation of the international sales business. Responsibilities: Provide direct, practical solutions to global customer needs Manage inquiries, account setup and credit applications Handle customer needs, issue quotes and enhance sales efforts Communicate order details to ensure timely and accurate delivery Promote teamwork and communication across the organization Qualifications: Post-secondary education in International Business or a Business Administration program 3 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or logistics Motivated, strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Work autonomously and meeting tight deadlines. Experience in international travel and other language skills will be considered an asset Richardson Food & Ingredients is a division of Canada’s largest agribusiness, Richardson International.
