Job Posting for Project Manager at Rideout Bay Developments
Rideout Bay is a Winnipeg Based Real Estate Developer and general contractor. Our focus is on Commercial and hospitality sectors, with active projects throughout northern Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
Detailed project managment from plans to completion
Working with clients to develop SOW (Scope of Work) & timeline, securing their approval on both
Manage all phases of construction business including execution, pre-construction, feasibility of potential projects
Overseeing the development process and coordinating the design consultants, engineering consultants, and estimating staff
Participate in the estimating/budgeting process for competitive proposals while considering project-specific challenges and risks.
Review site related project documents to assess construction viability.
Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets
Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders
Identifying and managing project risks and issues
Coordinating and managing project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
Setting project objectives
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience:
Construction related Degree, Diploma or hands on trade’s experience is preferred
Minimum of 3 years of direct experience as a Project Manager required within a commercial buildings setting
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, On-screen Takeoff, and Bluebeam is an asset
Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$82,000.00 per year

AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
