Shade Sails Canada is a leading Shade Sail and Shade Product provider and Manufacturing firm based out of Revelstoke BC.

Originally started in Ontario as a father/son duo, and now still very much a family affair with Husband and Wife and many long term crew members rounding out the family business. Revelstoke became home for the business as a lifestyle choice and lifestyle still remains very much a part of the company's culture.

They are looking for a true Leader, an Integrator, a person who has passion for people both in the business in Revelstoke and customers and relationships outside of Revelstoke. The company and CEO are looking for a data and process driven executor who can develop strategies with the CEO, work and supervise the team to promote growth while carrying and growing the company culture.

Shade Sails is looking for a Chief Operating Officer, an Integrator that is experienced, empathetic, skilled, driven, professional and passionate to help drive the company to its next pinacle. The Integrator would have excellent people skills, be able to create policies that support the company's management, its goals and objectives, and also be able to support, challenge, elevate and implement the CEO's strategies and vision.

We are embarking on this path to fill a long term role, perhaps a successor. We are willing to take the time needed to find the right candidate and get to know the person before we make the decision.
