Job Description:

We are seeking 1-2 motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Leasing Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present vehicles by explaining specifications and features.
• Identify customer needs through interviewing and building rapport.
• Qualify buyers by understanding requirements and interests and match to corresponding models and trims.
• Assist qualified customers with test drives.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through various channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license.
• Second language is an asset.
• VSA license to be acquired after hiring.

Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
