With 10 years of experience in window cleaning and property services we are meticulous in our work and love our industry. We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Window Cleaners to join our team. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently cleaning windows in various settings. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as a team. Must be able to work at heights.

Duties:

- Clean windows in residential and commercial buildings using appropriate tools and techniques

- Ensure all windows are streak-free and spotless

- Operate pressure washer

- Safe use of ladders

- Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required

- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure customer satisfaction

- Follow established schedules and complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in window cleaning a plus but not required

- Must live in Kelowna or have a way of transporting to a central meeting point within the city for pickup, a drivers license not necessary.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks

Pay is based on previous experience. All workers start on hourly pay and our best window technician's can make commision with potential to make $30 an hour.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Seasonal

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
