Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, Manage, and be Accountable for assigned projects
• Budget, Schedule, Safety, Quality Mgmt.
• Assist with Project Tenders
• Compliance with government, regulatory, and industry best practices
• Integrate and execute STRAIT's ESG plan
• Create and maintain accurate financial and schedule forecasts
• Manage plans, specifications, costs, material estimates, subcontractor, and related reports
• Mobilize and direct resources assigned to achieve maximum profits
• Maintain overall control of material and equipment
• Coordinate and lead meetings
• Maintain and develop relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Audit and improve performance
• Lead positive work environment

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 year's experience/education in a similar role
• Previous experience in a Mechanical setting
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask, ensuring all deadlines are met
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
