Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Associate to join our team. As an Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with their inquiries and provide accurate information about our products or services
- Take orders and process payments using the POS (Point of Sale) system
- Ensure that all guest requests and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with guest services and food service operations is a plus
- Proficiency in using POS systems is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist and help guests effectively
- Phone etiquette skills for handling guest inquiries over the phone
