Key Responsibilities:

· Must be capable and willing to travel between Perth and Carleton Place (shifts in Perth and Carleton Place will be scheduled)

· Basic cannabis knowledge

· Customer service skills

· Assisting in training of new employees

· Taking proper inventory

· Supervising staff to ensure maximum productivity

· Keep current on product availability and details related to terpene profiles, THC/CBD content etc.

· Make informed suggestions regarding consumption methods

· Greet and engage with customers in a friendly manner

· Strong listening skills

· Cultivate long term-customer relationships by providing superior customer service

· Help maintain cleanliness of work environment

· Recognize signs of impairment and/or abuse and immediately report this information to supervisor

· Order supplies and equipment as needed

· Establish team atmosphere through leadership and employee development

· Ability to lift boxes 5-30lbs

Experience/Background:

· 19

· Cannsell Certification

· Police background check

· Any additional education related to cannabis

· Experience in sales

· Knowledge of cannabis industry, past and present

· Attention to detail

Pay Scale:

Starting at $17.00/hr

Hours: Thursday-Monday – up to 40 hrs/week
