Reporting to the Service Manager, this position is primarily responsible for Customer Shuttle services and ensuring an excellent relationship between customer and dealership is maintained.
Responsibilities:
Check guest vehicle in, as per guidelines and protocols and relocate vehicle if required.
Pick-up or deliver cars and or guests as required and requested.
Drive in a safe manner with due regard for vehicle, traffic and road conditions.
Assist with general duties requested by management
Perform walk around and document walk around
Wash and vacuum vehicles as needed
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Outgoing personality and willingness to go above and beyond where required.
A valid Ontario Class “G” driver's license and a clean driver's abstract.
Attention to detail
Able to drive manual transmission vehicles
Flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts: days, nights, weekends and holidays.
