Finance Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of our new car sales deals.

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations related to new car sales, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize dealership profitability and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide customers with financing options that best meet their needs.
• Present financing options and assist customers in completing financing paperwork.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any financing concerns.
• Negotiate terms with lenders to secure favorable financing options for customers.
• Monitor and manage lender performance to ensure optimal financing solutions.
• Keep meticulous records of all financial transactions and customer interactions.

What we expect from you:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive finance management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing and lending practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and dealership management systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Valid Driver's license.
