Job Summary

Reporting to the Coordinator, Administrative Services, the Administrative Partner II - Program provides administrative support to the Leader of program/s, as well as is accountable for the coordination of a range of initiatives. The role is a key contact for the program, as well as a communication point for program projects, processes and support.

Qualifications

As the ideal candidate, you have:

  • Successful completion of a 2-year college Diploma in Medical, Executive or Office Administration, or as acceptable by the Hospital
  • Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
  • Demonstrated fiscal knowledge
  • Ability to identify problem, troubleshoot, provide suggestions and implement solutions
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated practice and commitment to the principles of patient and family centered care
  • Demonstrated practice and commitment to patient and staff safety at LHSC
  • Demonstrated practice and commitment to LHSC’s Mission, Purpose and Values
  • Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis

Before beginning employment at LHSC, all new hires will be required to:

  • Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, Tetanus/ Diphtheria/Polio; Meningitis;
  • Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing (two step);
  • Provide proof of Health Canada-approved COVID-19 vaccination reflective of Ontario Health’s current definition of being fully vaccinated
