Voyago is hiring a Human Resources Support Services Assistant based in London, Ontario.
Your Role
Reporting directly to the Manager, HR Operations, the HR Support Services Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks, report production and general organizational support. This entry-level role is ideal for a new graduate from a Human Resources, Administrative or Clerical program, and is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, administrative environment with the opportunity for personal and professional growth as this position evolves within the organization.
The candidate will be required to work from our London, Ontario office location, but may be considered for a hybrid working option (3 days in office, 2 days offsite) after the successful completion of 3 months probationary period.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
- Enters and maintains electronic employee training and certification records in ADP WFN database
- Provides administrative support for the Human Resources team
- Assists with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provides clerical and administrative support to he Human Resources Executives
- Supports all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
- Maintains digital, electronic, and hard copy employee files
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of HR files and records
- Keeps up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Compliance
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensures every employee has required certification(s) and has completed all required training
Your Profile
- You have post-secondary education in Human Resources, Administration, or related field
- You bring 1-2 years of fast-paced, high volume administrative support experience
- Your experience with ADP WFN is an asset
- You have complete proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 with a concentration on Excel
- You are familiar with HRIS and Learning Management Systems
- You bring strong organization, attention to detail and communication skills
- You can maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- You can work independently and effectively as a member of the team to achieve department goals
- You have a professional and positive attitude
- You can provide a clean Criminal Record search
