Supervisor/Foreman - Coating Crew

Job Introduction & Description
At White Falcon Waterproofing, we are a quality installer of polymeric coating systems for clients in the commercial, industrial, and infrastructrual market segments. We have been experiencing rapid growth with the acceptance of our systems and are looking to expand our company by adding an expierenced coating professional.

We are looking for a Site Supervisor/Foreman with experience in the preperation, inspection, and/or installation of industrial coating systems. We are a waterproofing and coating installer that generally focuses on polyurea and other polymer based coating systems that would also include the use of epoxy, polyurethane, polyaspartic, and other coating systems.

The ideal candidate will be a quality supervisor that will be able to properly manage a project and crew(s), ensure that the surface preperation has been completed to standard and that the asset is ready to be coated, effectively and efficiently complete the project and installation, as well as to help educate/train the crew members where needed.

Job Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers on-site.
• Read and interpret work orders, specificaiton guidelines, and drawings.
• Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Review and inspect both surface preperation as well as final coating system.
• Provide training and guidance to crew members as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor costs.

Skills:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Physically capable to complete tasks as requried.
• Experience with Coating Installations (Min. 5 years).
• AAMP (NACE/SSPC) Certifications are Preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
