Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new clients.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate sales contracts and close deals.
• Manage and update customer information using CRM software.
• Communicate effectively via email and phone.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (company provides car and gas).
• Proven sales experience (experience in window sales is a plus, but not required).
• Proficient with computers and basic software applications.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.
• Effective time management and self-motivation.
• Outstanding communication and active listening skills.
