Category Head

About the opportunity: The primary goal of this position will be to License our various frozen dessert brands into various categories.

About the Role:

• Implement and lead licensing projects into different categories: supermarkets, convenience store trades
• Develop and launch strategies to pursue new categories opportunities
• Maintain professional relationships with the head office and business partners
• Foster a positive relationship with internal team to manage and oversee licensing projects
• Ensure the company complies with regulatory legislation
• Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and workshops to understand their evolving needs and challenges and effectively position our solutions.
• Develop multi-year strategy for categories development through an expert understanding of business channel complexities and growth opportunities

• Demonstrated expertise in franchise development and licensing
• A value-based leader with a collaborative style working with all teams.
• A collaborative individual with achievements in strategic and execution excellence as well as operations administration.
• A strong relationship builder with all business partners.
