We are looking for a fresher or someone with less than 1 year experience to join us as a Talent Acquisition Executive. You will be working in the capacity of a recruiter owning inbound applicants - supporting the Hiring Managers with the hiring process. The outcome expected from you will be to (1) deliver a great candidate experience, (2) maintain a high velocity evaluation process.

Strong ability to use hiring tools & job boards - we use Ashby & Linkedin. Familiarity with any ATS/CRMs will be a plus
Excellent communication skills - listening & comprehension, candid email writing, verbal communication
Ability to prioritize and juggle between multiple tasks and projects and maintain a check on all open items
Brownie points if you know to code. Our current People Success team is made up of Psychology grads who have learnt design, copy writing, video editing and other marketing skills on the go. You will be upping the team’s collective abilities & impact if you know to code
Get a clear understanding of the roles we are hiring for from the HM from our hiring discussion and handover call
Publish the job posting alongwith accurate screening questions and criteria added
Screen & shortlist inbound applications based on criteria discussed. The team, Hiring Manager and your Manager will be available to help you learn screening - all you need to do is ask
Own all communications to candidates from screening to selection including rejections with an accurate and candid communication of feedback on their performance in our process. Remember that we as an organisation strive to create positive impact on all the people we interact with - and the same goes for candidates who invest their time with us
Own the interviews scheduling with all hiring panel members across rounds based on their and candidate’s availabilities
Discover & post jobs in job boards that we are currently not/under-utilising, manage the applications and process such that candidate and hiring team experience is at par with our current practice
We have a bunch of responsibilities that can be taken care of in People Ops, Employer branding initiatives - they come with abundant opportunities to learn
You have the liberty to identify problems in our current processes and systems, brainstorm solutioning with the People Success team and own the initiative

Our customers are universities and high schools and in most cases, we’re working with staff in the alumni relations and fundraising office at these institutions. The value prop for them at a high level is simple - “Engage more alumni and raise more money from them”. 90% of our customers are from the US currently but we’re starting sales in UK and Canada this year so we’ll start to see some more customer regions this year. Our team is based in India and the USA. The India team is based in Bangalore and the US team is fully remote.
