Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products and services, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule a meeting. You will also handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.

Handle inbound calls, providing information, answering questions, and resolving issues.

Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.

Follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential customers.

Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.

Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive phone manner.

Strong listening skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
