Oversee all interaction with clients to ensure all service requirements are met
Regular follow up of happy calls, Job card, installation and proper reporting the feedback to Service Manager for decision making
AMC, service and cross selling follow-up and revenue increment
Duties & Responsibilities
Offering excellent customer service.
Handling customer complaints, complaints call, happy calls and installation calls brought to your attention
Oversee all interaction with clients to ensure all service requirements are met and no issues arise, making note of instances that may need improvement
Happy calls follow up and record the feedback.
Updates Job card details in the software
Maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.
Preparing reports of Customer/Market Feedback, Trends and timely reporting to Service manager
AMC, service and cross selling follow-up and revenue increment
Daily Work reporting to Service manager including daily installation report preparation and submission to Service Manager
Adhere to company policies in order to achieve organization objectives
