Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver effective lessons in Commerce, including Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics, aligned with CBSE/IGCSE guidelines.
Student Assessment: Design, administer, and evaluate assignments, quizzes, and exams to monitor student progress and comprehension.
Student Mentorship: Provide academic guidance and support to students, helping them achieve their potential in Commerce subjects.
Board Exam Preparation: Prepare students thoroughly for board examinations, including conducting revision sessions and practice tests.
Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined and focused classroom environment conducive to learning.
Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest educational practices and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in Commerce or related field. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience teaching Commerce at the senior secondary level (Classes XI & XII).
Skills: Strong knowledge of CBSE/IGCSE curriculum, excellent communication skills, ability to engage and inspire students, proficiency in MS Office.
