Job Posting for Field Executive at Avira Fertility Hospitals
In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network and acquiring new patients. You will be responsible for building relationships with gynecologists and hospitals, educating them about Avira Fertility Hospital's services, and securing partnerships that lead to patient referrals.
Responsibilities:
Conduct meetings with gynecologists and hospital representatives.
Present the benefits of partnering with Avira Fertility Hospital.
Negotiate and finalize mutually beneficial agreements.
Maintain regular communication with partner doctors and hospitals.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient acquisition.
Qualifications:
MBA or Marketing degree (preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role (medical experience a strong advantage)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid two-wheeler license with reliable bike
Benefits:
Competitive salary range of Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 18,000 depending on experience
Travel allowance of Rs. 200 per day
