Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Supply Chain Executive to join our team at BOFOS. This role is exclusively open to male candidates who have a strong background in supply chain management and logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and materials.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies in all supply chain activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as production, sales, and finance, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
• Implement and manage inventory control procedures to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of supply chain processes to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹310,991.20 - ₹1,518,666.58 per year
