Job Description: Digital Business Manager
Highly focused, entrepreneurial, committed, and motivated individual. Is anticipated to take full responsibility for the digital business development of a newly released product. Initiatives for digital marketing should move quickly and independently.
Responsibilities:
· Conceptualize, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies to promote the product across geographies.
· Conduct market research to identify target audiences, customer needs, and market trends to inform product development decisions.
· Conceptualize, plan, and execute to drive SEO, SMM and SEM initiation, in addition to email campaigns.
· Assist in the development of engaging and persuasive content for various digital channels, including social media, blogs, and online advertisements.
· Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
· Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing to ensure our products remain competitive in the market.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure cohesive and effective product development and marketing strategies.
· Provide support in customer relationship management (CRM) activities, including lead generation, customer on boarding, and customer support.
· Primarily targeting B2B segment and initiating the first level of contact with the prospective customers.
· Lead research involves comprehensive utilization of LinkedIn and other research tools.
· Generate new business opportunities & maintain a healthy pipeline to ensure that the sales team has adequate number of qualified opportunities to work upon.
· Maintaining up to date records and updating the client’s information.
· Analysing prospects needs and requirements to provide them with tailor made solutions and contributing towards profitable growth of the organization.
Requirements
· MBA / BBA or Graduate in any discipline.
· Strong knowledge of web technologies, including content management systems, HTML, CSS, and SEO principles.
· Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools, such as social media management, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
· Energetic and self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and marketing trends.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
· Basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and practices is a plus.
· Prior experience or internships in digital marketing or product development is desirable.
